Cyber Alarm adds exciting new capabilities to Salesforce Platform security. With the release on Cyber Alarm V. 3.0, Salesforce Administrators can now search for Salesforce Files and Attachment to scan against a virus signature database. Cyber Alarm 3.0 also offers easy batch scheduling for Salesforce Administrators to ensure their Org’s are clean of malware-infected files.
Cyber Alarm was first released in September 2016 in the Salesforce Appexchange as the first antivirus application for Salesforce and has slowly added innovative new capabilities and improved it’s performance to find malware in the native Salesforce environment. In addition to a host of free features like file searching and scanning along with batch scanning, Cyber Alarm offers several optional paid features like Real-Time Protection for Files and Attachments as well as locking down Feed Item uploads to close off Malicious code attack vectors.
In addition, Cyber Alarm will protect Salesforce Communities and Email to Case. Cyber Alarm 3.0 has raised the bar for Salesforce security capabilities and we are excited to continue with this much-needed security software.
